The Almas Floor 53 City Club, a private club for women and men of the business profession, is located on floor 53 of the Almas Towers on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The 22,000 square foot club offers members special facilities and amenities to accommodate business and social functions. These special facilities to be designed are the entrance/lobby to the city club, bar and lounge, a main dining area, private dining rooms, president’s dining room, commercial kitchen, staff offices, ballroom, boutique coffee shop, member’s apartment, and member’s suite. The Almas Floor 53 City Club’s target market is affluent members who have high personal incomes, well-educated, travel internationally and are knowledgeable about art and design. The city club  will focus on the experience for the member by providing a luxurious space through the use of high-end furniture, fixtures, equipment, and materials.
